The adopted Housing Element was revised accordingly and presented to the City Council on February 8, 2022
The Riverside City Council adopted the Phase 1 General Plan Update – Housing Element, Public Safety Element and Environmental Justice Policies on October 5, 2021, along with amending seven Specific Plans, rezoning hundreds of parcels, adopting updates to the City’s Zoning regulations and certifying the Final Program Environmental Impact Report for the project.
