This is an individual with a long history of community activism who have led organizations or community initiatives that improve our neighborhood quality of life.

This award is for that GROUP in your neighborhood that brings together the skills and talents of their members
for the benefit of their community.
This groupor organization may conduct
a project,put on neighborly events, and helps to make a difference for our Riverside neighborhoods.

What qualities make for a great neighbor?
This INDIVIDUAL, who is quick with a smile, takes time to listen and can be counted on to help their neighbors.
