Northside Specific Plan
The Northside is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Riverside. Despite numerous attempts from residents and City staff, a Specific Plan to guide development was never put in place.... until now.
The City has committed resources and has selected a local group,
Rick Engineering, to guide the planning process.
